1. What this site is

The City Kitch directory lists food businesses that rent kitchen space from The City Kitch in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is an advertising and introduction service.

2. City Kitch is not a party to your transaction

When you order food or book an event through a listing, your contract is with the member business, not with The City Kitch. City Kitch does not take orders, process payments, set prices, prepare food, or deliver it. Ordering links take you to the member’s own platform, governed by that platform’s terms.

City Kitch is not responsible for the quality, safety, timing, or legality of any goods or services supplied by a member business, and makes no warranty about them. Disputes about an order or an event are between you and that business.

3. Listing information

Hours, menus, pricing, capacity, and availability are supplied by members and may change without notice. We compute open/closed status from the hours a member gives us and re-check it continuously, but the member’s own channels are the source of truth.

4. Quote requests

Submitting an event request shares the details you enter — including your name, email, phone number, and event particulars — with the vendors you select, up to five. Those vendors may contact you directly. City Kitch does not guarantee that any vendor will respond, quote, or accept the work.

5. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the business reviewed. We moderate submissions and remove contact details automatically. We may decline to publish, or remove, any review — including for impersonation, conflicts of interest, or content unrelated to the transaction.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape the directory, submit false quote requests, or use member contact details for unsolicited marketing. Member listings and vendor content remain the property of those businesses.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. [TK — effective date]
