Chef Sam Diminich's farm-to-table dining room on Thrift Road, and the flagship of his Your Farms Your Table group. The kitchen buys from local growers first and builds the menu around whatever they are actually harvesting, so it changes through the year rather than sitting still.

Small and deliberately so — an intimate room where the cooking runs to seared scallops under shaved truffle, house pasta, and a dessert list worth staying for. A Michelin Selected restaurant in 2025. Alongside the wine and local beer there is a full non-alcoholic craft cocktail programme, treated with the same seriousness as the rest of the bar.

Dinner Tuesday to Saturday. The whole restaurant can be bought out for private events — up to 40 seated, more standing — and they take enquiries directly.
