About Seasoned Provisions

Chef William Williams started Seasoned Provisions in 2014 after graduating from Johnson & Wales, and has been cooking for Charlotte ever since: weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate lunches, anniversary dinners, and private dinners cooked in your own kitchen.

Three words run the operation, and they are his: preparation, presentation, quality. The signature is the Shrab Cake, a shrimp and crab cake he serves one to a bowl under a spoonful of remoulade. Beyond that the range runs wide, from passed canapes at a festival stand to braised oxtail with carrots and thyme.

He caters events at any size, cooks as a private chef in the home, plans meal prep, and teaches cooking lessons. Enquiries go to him directly.
